One of my favorite activities is vintage shopping. The more junk I have to sort through, the more my finds feel like treasures.
I found this denim gem while prancing through the endless maze of goodies that is Randolph Street Market. I was scouring endless racks of rags when I saw a girl with pink hair in a silk parrot print jumpsuit. Seeing as though I had pink hair as well, I knew this rack would be the one. And as fate would have it, I met my match. I could not wait to get home to add my new purchase to my collection. I ended up wearing it for the first time on a road trip to Louisville, KY.
Why I love this jumpsuit:
1. It is from the 70’s
2. It is floral denim
3. The puffy clown-ish legs are balanced out by a bodice that can be pulled skin tight into a bow in the back.
4. It has giant pockets.
5. It is super playful and I can do cartwheels in it.
