I’m a fan of mixing patterns. Duh. What I liked about this look when I was getting dressed was how it was pretty clean and simple, yet it had subtle details. In my mind the details all made sense, too. My shirt had horizontal stripes, my cords had vertical stripes, and then my shoes had zigzags, which is kind of a blend of both… Anyway, I threw on the furry scarf to add a femme/dressed up touch.
Two more notes about this out: 1. I like a tucked-in look when my pants are mid to high-waisted because it shows my waist. 2. How underrated are corduroys??
