I had a brunch to attend at the Four Seasons and I wasn’t quite sure what to wear. It was finally nice out, I had been out late the night before and I needed to look put together. In my opinion a perfect brunch involves three key elements: flowing drinks, good company, and an elastic waistband.
Slipping into these silk pants is like wearing a little piece of heaven. With bottoms like these you can either wear a tight top or a cropped top so that you can show you have a waist. I obviously chose the latter. The hi-low top showed just the right amount of belly button. Too much skin before 11am can look like a walk of shame. This whole outfit was so comfortable and easy. I topped it off with some fancy earrings and a chunky costume necklace to counteract the casual tee.
Now the dog… while taking these photos a guy walked by and asked if this was a shoot for a magazine. I smiled and nodded. He then asked if I would like to use his dog in the photos as a prop. Obviously I want to use your dog as a prop.
