Wearing a collared dress can look at bit secretary-esque, but put together correctly, it can actually be pretty cool. By layering this dress with a cropped sweater, collar necklace, cat eye sunglasses and combat boots (I am a fan of pairing combat boots with everything) I was able to go from secretary to hipster school girl.
