Gold Vintage Jacket

I found this gold baby at a The Vintage Twin pop up shop about a year ago and had never worn it. That’s the thing about vintage pieces, much like some decisions. To everyone else they may seem impractical. But in reality, they can turn out to be quite an exciting choice down the road.

When I showed up in this my friends teased me and said I looked like a boxer. “No no.” I am a lover not a fighter. I saw it as more of a costume. Like I was running around in a shiny cloak of excitement. Sure people on the streets of Chicago gave me some weird looks, but whatever. Let them stare.
