When people hear “Philly” one of the first things they ask me about are cheesesteaks. If you are unfamiliar with the topic, Pat’s and Geno’s are the most well known spots. They are situated across the street from each other (which creates a rivalry) and their customer base is extremely loyal.
The guys from Pat’s asked to take a photo with us. Typically you can’t even get them to be nice to you.

Collaborating is always fun, especially when the people you’re with are on the exact same wavelength as you. Returning to Philly had me feeling nostalgic and I wanted a chance to represent the stereo types people have about the city. I love all sort of contrasting… whether it is a sweet feminine dress with combat boots or, in the case of this shoot, a blonde and a brunette, and a greasy rugged spot with over the top furs. Jordyn (of Jordyn’s Fashion Formula) and I loved the idea of a 70’s styled look and I’d say the photos came out pretty much on point.
And in case you saw the instagram teaser… the answer is yes. #wereallyatethat.
