Rocksbox

I’ve dabbled in a few “box” subscriptions before. I currently receive a monthly Birchbox and in the past I have tried Fancy Box, Stitch Fix and Nature Box. I thought they were pretty fun. So when Rocksbox reached out to me about being one of their “it” girls I figured I would try it out. Rocksbox is sort of like a Rent The Runway mixed with Birchbox.

The way it works is you sign up and fill out a short survey about your style preferences. You can also select current items from the site and add them to a wishlist. For $19 a month you get 3 pieces of designer jewelry delivered to your door.

Once you have enjoyed the pieces you can either purchase the items or stick them back box and return them for new pieces. As you receive you boxes you can also leave feedback so that each time you receive a box, it is more catered to your style. Some of the perks about using the service:

– Each month you get $10 “shine spend” credit towards your box in case you want to purchase any of the jewelry.

– While the $19 is monthly, the box is not. You can return the box as often as you would like in exchange for new pieces.

– Free shipping and returns.

I liked the items that were select for me. I typically would not have picked them out myself.

When I shop I also tend to focus on clothing and repeat my jewelry all of the time so this is a great way for me to mix things up.

My favorite item was the bracelet.

I decided not to keep anything from my first box, but am definitely looking forward to my next one. It’s really fun to be able to constantly have new jewelry.
