If you were judging by this post, and my last post, and the one before that, you’d probably think I’m a little Americana obsessed. I do love my country, I also think 4th of July is a great excuse to be patriotic. But truth be told, the reason I love fourth of July so much is because it was always my favorite day at camp. The day would entail a breakfast consisting of red white and blue pancakes, USA themed songs, an egg toss, capture the flag, BBQ, ice cream, and of course an over the top display of fireworks. After camp, it then became a weekend to be with my closest friends and family- and what could possibly be better than that?
Now on a more relevant topic… this kimono… I’m pretty obsessed with it. I actually have it in three separate colors. I have been wanting to wear it as a bathing suit cover up but the weather has not exactly permitted for that in Chicago, so I have been using it as an extra layer. Even as a wrap.
