We all have those days where we just want to feel cozy, cute and surrounded by soft things without taking the time to get ready. My girlfriends and I joke that our dream is to just live in cashmere and fur blankets. I guess it’s how we imagine celebrities would relax. But why not pretend I’m just as fancy?
I typically don’t like to wear sweats in public, so if I am going to (and it will usually only be on a Sunday), I like to find ways to dress up the look a bit. My go-tos for these lazy days? Beanie (so I don’t have to do my hair), oversized sweater, cool joggers, and fun sneakers… topped off with a fur coat (or faux fur!). So maybe fur with sweats seems ridiculous. But so what? It’s fun to be over the top.
